Hard to find item found here
OEM item fits well, no problems. Keep it greased or else you'll be back buying this again (no fault of the item itself but owner-neglect instead.) This is the third one I've installed because of not greasing it. This was a hard to find item because of manufacturer discontinuing it (why do they do that?)

Replaced my more expensive holster with this one
I had a more expensive IWB holster and decided to go outside the waistband. Very nice quality. Excellent stitching throughout the genuine leather. Since this is not a molded holster, a little force was needed to insert the firearm and magazine. Couple days later the leather conformed to the firearm and the magazine and it was easy insert and draw. Sturdy snaps and a great belt loop for 2" belts. The holster is used for a Makarov Baikal IJ-70. This item can't be beat, especially for the price.

Better than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful Fantastic piece of leather. Makarov holsters are difficult to find and you don't have to settle for second best with this one. Excellent leather and craftsmanship allows for this to be a daily carrier. Since this is not a molded holster, you have to shove the firearm into the holster for a day or two and allow it to shape itself to the gun, much like a pair of leather shoes. Give it a little time to stretch out and settle in. The spare magazine carrier is a real nice addition rather than carry it in your pocket or leave it home. The belt loops are just right for either a 2" or 2.5" belt. The snaps are secure yet easy to unsnap with a thumb. Comes in black or brown so I ended up buying both.
