Good But
This kettle is very quiet and boils quickly BUT it is our third one as the spring in the lid eventually breaks and can’t be replaced. RH will replace the kettle if the spring breaks within warranty or offer you a discounted new kettle if it breaks at a later stage

Quality acceptable at the price and does the job.
Looks good and works well. A bit tricky to mount as cable and mounting holes need to be opened up and electrics are a bit in the way. It is a bit brighter than necessary but at 15 watts is quite economical. Quality acceptable at the price and does the job.

Great product
There was nothing wrong with this item. I had to buy a remote control from Dyson to gain all the flexibility it offers. If you follow the instructions and use it as it was intended this does great job. The design and quality of manufacture are excellent. I would not have been willing to pay the full price though.
