Fragile - Would not recommend.
This phone was easy to use, had good speaker and looked nice however I had only had it for just over a week when it was knocked off the lunchtable. It had a screen protector and was in a case, it only fell three feet. The fall rendered the phone useless, the screen ink bled all over the screen and the repair quoted from Telstra would have cost more than I paid for the phone. You cannot repair the screen on this model as it is sealed and has to be done professionally. I have dropped my other Samsung phone quite a lot of times and on harder surfaces without any damage. This phone is not built to withstand any knocks. I would not recommend it.
