    Item was exactly as pictured and described! Shipment arrived ahead of time and was packaged with great care. Vendor was quick to reply and even adjusted the shipping as it had been miscalculated at time of order (no fault of vendor). Highly recommend!!

    Very Frustrating experience. I ordered 2 dolls but rec’d 1. And he charged me double shipping costs of $35!!. After contacting Seller several times about not receiving 2nd item, there was ZERO response for days! No apology. Then finally I was refunded. Terrible customer service. At least treat your customers with respect. These dolls were gifts for my son. Additionally, it took 10 days to receive the doll.

    There was not a single violation of ebay policy. The item that was refunded was not not yet shipped and I notified the buyer.The claim that I charged double for shipping is false and the ebay calculation for usps ground shipping was used.The refund was sent promptly per the buyers request to cancel order.I informed the buyer that the item had not yet been delivered to USPS due to unexpected health issues.The buyer placed two separate orders . One they received and the other they cancelled.
