Cheap but does the trick
Not heavy duty by any means, but fulfills its purpose.

Multi-Device BT Transmit
5 of 5 found this helpful It is good quality, seems to be well made for being a typical Chinese manufactured device. Battery seems to drain rapidly between uses though, even when fully charged before putting away. Also, two devices can connect to it simultaneously; however, the sound is delayed on one of the devices, which can be annoying when using two headphones to watch a movie quietly at home. If using for one BT device at a time, it works and sounds well.
The instructions that come with the device are pretty much useless, not detailed and seem to be a Google translator version of English from Chinese. Had it been more informative (such as how to make it so both devices hear audio without delay when connected) I wouldn't have scored the review so low. Granted, I can't expect much for a device I paid less than $20 for, but still.
