This is about the item, not the seller. I'm sure the seller is well intentioned but these SockJaws ruined my socks. They not only caused a band of squished wool but also discolored them. Please see images. I don't want money back. I don't see how I could charge for the four pairs of socks. I did 4 to see how they worked. But I do want people to beware. The items are as described. They just don't say what's going to happen if you use them. It happened to all 4 pairs. RA
