Just what I wanted.
You can not simply plug this into your Z4 - it will not work. But if you parts (other than the electronic cluster) this is great. Disassemble is easy - go slow.

Did Not Work -
Had to give one star because the ad said it would fit a 2003 BMW Z4 with factory NAV, then the instruction said "Insert into iDrive" The 2003 Z4 with factory nav does not have iDrive, so it did not work.
Appeared to be of good quality. This was an easy mistake to check before posting the ad.
