The title is 100% accurate for back and neck pain
1 of 1 found this helpful I recently purchased this book to give to a friend who has chronic back problems. My personal book was on loan to another friend. 1996 I had back surgery. I got relief for a short time (about a year and a half). The back problem kept reoccurring. It would take me 5to 10 minutes to get out of bed. Quality of life is greatly diminished when the back or neck is injured. One day by luck I was in a thrift store and saw the book. I read a few pages and decided to invest the $.50. This book was my miracle in my life. No more operations, no more hospitals, no more pain pills, no more Dr bills. I totally understand why I was having all my problems,I understand how to avoid having future problems and how to fix them if I should have problems. Dr McKenzie has created a miracle. Most people are afraid to treat their personal injuries. The book lays out the guidelines and warnings for self treatment. My many years of treatment from orthepedic doctors didn't get me close to permanent relief. My pain is finally behind me.
