Best egg cooker out there - too bad it's no longer made
Best egg cooker out there. It has one flaw, though - the plastic rack that the eggs sit on deteriorates after a few years. I have been through three other models since 1990, including the fancy expensive German model, which only made hard-boiled eggs, no matter which setting you chose. The microwave egg cookers - eggs taste weird. A KitchenBro - horribly made, but made really good eggs; too bad it only lasts for a year or so. They stopped making The Salton in the 1990's, but after my last one broke, I tried it on here: Yay! It doesn't take up as much space as the huge round ones, cooks soft, medium, hard boiled absolutely perfectly, the measuring cup is easy to read and has great cord storage. I wish they still made it!
