nice quality
These capsules are at high potency for 3500mg, but still the size of a Tylenol capsule. I take 1 per meal and can tell some of the carbs are being blocked. I use them at every meal and even when i go out to a bar as many liquors are filled with carbs. I am a man 190 pounds and 5 ft 10. so I am not really overweight, but its hard to always exercise like I want to. I just like potato chips and pizza. I believe its best to not take them if you are eating a low carb meal. and take them about 10 minutes before eating if you can.

High quality product replaces Ephedra
First of all I agree with everyone that says this stuff is strong. It is. But it also does what it says. For most it might be too strong, and I wonder why the company didnt just make smaller capsules. The way I have decided to use it is like this. The first day i got them I took 1/2 dose i opened the capsule and took out 1/2 of the product and closed the capsule and took it with a fried egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. at 8 am. at 4 pm I was still feeling the effects, it really cut my appetite down, and thats where many will lose weight from, I had to make sure to eat, I just wasnt really hungry and only ate a blt for dinner later, no extraneous snaking. I felt warm all day so i knew the thermogenic effect was working my Blood pressure stayed normal. but I do take bp medication. But there were slight jitters and I didnt get the razor sharp focus. day 2 I decided to take 1/3 of a capsule disolved in my morning coffee. That seems to work for me as I can feel the effect but without the jitters.
I am 5 10 190 pounds and not really overweight but I want to cut body fat.
my suggestion is to take it 1 time a day, 1/3 of a capsule disolved in Coffee / Tea / or a soft drink, especially at first maybe the first week. If you want a stronger reaction got to 1/2 capsule a day. I dont think I will ever take a full capsule at 1 time, they are just too strong.
