Good condition, but came with old dying battery.
Seems to function normally, but appears to have come with a near-dead battery. Not in the charge amount sense, as in it doesn't hold a charge after being charged for 2 hours. The listing mentions it functions well, and shows the backlight on while it's disconnected from the charger, but in my case turning the backlight on while it's still plugged in, or even just using it normally brings up a battery warning and the iPod shuts off. Would have loved to know that beforehand so I could have been ready with a replacement battery.
