Very good read from a caring Dr
I found it an excellent read explaining what being a pregnant female trainee Dr was like in Ireland in the 1960’s.
I also learnt a lot of fascinating medical stuff and what was happening socially at the time. For example using cane toads as a pregnancy test in the 40’s & 50’s
