Really disappointed.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this solely after reading the reviews about how good it was, and I'm bitterly disappointed. I have a DC54 and needed a new carpet head but didn't really want to spend the $130 for a genuine one. Wish I had now, because this was just money down the drain. (And yes, my vacuum is fine, filters cleaned, etc etc, works perfectly well with the other heads I have)
