Poor communication, he takes 1 to 2 days to not replying at all. Tells me he will refund my money but doesn't, I have to contact PayPal as he will not reply. The same product he sells estimate delivery 3 to 4 weeks while the same product from other sellers is within 10 day! Very bad customer service, BE AWARE BUYERS! I would give ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

Im yet to try it but is the genuine product. It was flown over via airline because the seller had issues locally so had to resort to flying it in which I dont mind because it wasn't shipped which takes forever. I now have my product & am happy with sellers response.

Don't buy thinking it's a legitimate copy. The item I recieved didn't match the listing. It is a fake, bootleg version of Carcassonne. The box doesn't have the creator's name above the title, the Z-Man logo, or any publishing info. There is English text (with typos) and Chinese text on the back of the box. The instructions are in Chinese. It came with river tiles but did not come with the abbots. The cardboard tiles aren't poor quality. The seller refunded, at least. Asked for + feedback. Sorry.
