Good for certain things
These headphones are on ear. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight. I use them to workout and they are perfect for it. But they are far from noise canceling they do a good job at noise reduction. If you are looking for noise cancelation you will need to buy a over the ear active noise canceling. You can find those on Ebay for just a little bit more and it is definitely worth the money if your looking for noise cancelation. They are good for the money I paid.
