A new soldering iron for half the price.
When the Antex soldering iron 'burns out', rather than buy a new iron, Antex supply replacement heating elements for their complete range - all you need is your model number & Wattage.
It can be difficult to get the old element out if is an old iron, but usually a sharp tap will loosen it. The only downside is that you need another soldering iron to desolder the connections to the old element & resolder the new one, however, once done you have, in effect, a new iron for half the price!

A nice device for under a tenner
Not for the faint-hearted as there are no instructions included, but it isn't complicated and play with it for 30 minutes & it can be mastered and you'll be away! Really easy to use & navigate via the nice big screen, plug in some decent headphones, select you eq. preference & the sound is fine (and plenty of it), it even arrived fully charged and three weeks on I still haven't needed to re-charge it. Really the only down points are that it is quite easy to delete files by accident if you aren't careful and it has no in-built memory at all so you will also need a micro SD card ready to do anything, but that said I'd still say it is exceptional value for under a tenner & I love it.Thank you.

No programming needed & it works on all functions.
Despite the above, it does not require programming, but there was no n/a option. It worked straight away as soon as the batteries went in. The button layout isn't the best it could be, and a number of buttons have no function at all, however it does work on ALL functions.
