After just one use I was impressed by its efficiency. The larger diameter 20m hose is an excellent feature. The addition of rotating hose ends is brilliant, especially with a 20m long hose. The engine is powerful and starts well. One small problem I encountered was that the standard inlet water fitting fell apart after 20minutes of use. I re tightened it by hand, however it again came apart. Only after getting some tools could it be made to stay together. The installation instructions do not mention the need to tighten the connector with tools. The implication is that it is already correctly preinstalled. I suggest: Either ensure this connector is factory tightened - OR Add this step into the instructions. This was an especially onerous task for me as I was working on the third story with the pump on ground level and this resulted in the water line coming loose and spraying water all about until I could climb down - TWICE. One suggestion: is it possible to add a simple modification to the lance that allows the user to keep it on without always holding the trigger? After extended use I found my hand was cramping from constantly keeping the trigger on. Next Because debris that enters the water inlet can block the jets - is there an inline filter available - as in some places sand or grit can get introduced when connecting or disconnecting the water lines. My Problem: It has stopped functioning - after just 4 hours of use. Everything works as expected, however the lance trigger cannot be pulled on. The lever to keep it off is not the issue. The hose itself is obviously under high pressure and cannot be disconnected. Removing the jet itself is possible, but does not resolve the problem. This fault is not listed in the Trouble Shooting guide. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Chainsaw sharpner

This product is of excellent quality. It has the ability to be adjusted to sharpen chains to less standard angles, eg ripping chains. The motor is quiet which is important if you have neighbours nearby. The cam action clamp is excellent, although if I would alter anything it would be an adjustable back stop. This would limit how wide the clamp opens and allow more accurate positioning of each blade before the cam is tightened as getting every blade exactly in the right place is critical to achieve optimal performance and avoid grinding away too much material. This is not a criticism of the product - just customer feedback. Thanks
