tthis used Plantronics W0 200 while superseded is still an excellent piece
I bought this unit so that I can use Dragon naturally speaking on my main PC, and answer the phone without moving. With this in mind the unit is excellent.This was used unit and unfortunately the battery was badly worn. However during the short time that it maintains a battery charge it's a very useful device I am basically happy with it. And the vendor is sending a replacement headset

Excellent product Works fine & well worth the money
What can I say about it? It's a disk drive and it works. I plugged it in formatted it, and away we went. It's doing a sterling job was well worth the money.

1 of 1 found this helpful Not at all happy with some of the technical design features of this machine. 1st of all, having 2 separate ring tones to the base station and the handset. Should be able to turn one off or at least make them both the same.
The other thing is that facility for storing telephone numbers. To get to my 1st stored number takes 5 clicks. Surely you can do better than that! I was taken in by the appearance of the machine which is excellent, but in day-to-day use. Not happy! I'm about to buy another telephone system but you can bet it won't be Uniden!
On top of that I had a faulty battery in one handset and a faulty powerpack for the base station. Not a good record
admittedly, the service was excellent to replace both items but I can't believe I should have had to do that. Overall it hasn't been a great experience.
