Happy so far.
Works great, I have only used it a few times, it works better than the original.
Can't comment on longevity, as I have only had it a short time.

Its handy as you have really no other way to check the aircon air flow.
Used to check that my ducted aircon is in good working order.
Air flow and Temp.
Why get someone in when its not broke.

Lightly sand all contact edges.
I have installed the solar panel brackets to the roof of the caravan using Fix All.
I lightly sanded the caravan roof and the under side of the brackets before applying the sealant, I did not sand the edges of the plastic brackets, I left it over night and noticed when I tested it, the sealant peeled away from the edge of the bracket with my finger.
My be I did not leave it long enough.
I put some screws in it, just to make sure.
If it hadn't peeled I would have been confident it would hold.
It didn't peel on the roof.
