All earphones broke during normal use
1 of 1 found this helpful Received 3 pairs, two of them had broken left ears that were extremely quiet and crackling constantly. The third pair then fell apart on the volume/answer button. I contacted the company who stated the issues had never happened before. They sent me replacements. 2 of the broke within two weeks at the same point on the answer/volume button where it completely came free on the earphones. I am now using the last remaining pair hoping it lasts longer than a week.
After the issues with the second lot of earphones I sent multiple messages and photographs of the damaged earphones with no reply at all.
I was promised high quality items and instead received poor quality, badly put together items which has been completely ignored by the company
