All the features you'll need for a great espresso extraction

Features in this particular model allow you to test and modify espresso extraction. Getting the pull timing down to about 30 seconds based on your grind size and the amount of grind. Keeping your game consistent including a 30lbs tamping is key to a good espresso. I haven't gone into program mode to modify default settings for temperature, pressure and espresso extraction size, and I don't think I will need to. Good little machine for the day to day espresso drinker.
