    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ awesome experience. I bought these at a really good price, but I used my address in Hawaii in accident and my order was cancelled. I reached out to the seller and was able to re-buy the rack pads. However, we missed the shipping window and it would arrive 2 days after I left for the island . I reached out again, and the seller took it upon themselves to find a different shipping option so the pads should arrive before I fly back .

I don't regret investing in this tool... aids greatly in cleanup operations.
I got this initially to blow construction debris (paint scrapings/caulk/misc. detritis) off of a tile roof after prepping the eaves/facia for paint, and it works well for that and ground cleanup. It's lightweight & powerful and has a decent runtime on a 9.0 battery. I love the fact it's way quieter and cleaner than gas. I look forward to experimenting this winter with how well it clears sidewalks & walking paths of light snowfall.

Room for improvement... weak design, otherwise good price
Best price I found for what you get. The biggest con with these is the tether portion is the weak link (very thin) and will fail first... it would be great if they'd design these to last.
