NI quality at a low price

DIY survey
with a Trimble antenna this survey class receiver can produce data files that can be processed by NOAA to give you survey location accuracy to within +/- 7mm or better. Great to work out where property lines are associated with ARC GIS maps.
Watch out for the internal batteries that may need replacing (solder in) if the unit has been in storage for a while. Not expensive but takes a reasonably skilled electronics technician. No support from Trimble but plenty of online support from other sources. Latest firmware (not Trimble) corrects any leap second issues so time is displayed and recorded seperately
