What a way to spend my time!

Takes time but it works for me
Had surgery on my leg and experienced a lot of pain when walking. Tried this, didn’t think it did much but when I ran out I really felt the difference. I’ve been using this for a few years and whenever I run out ( it is a bit pricey) I suffer. But it is subtle and takes a few weeks to start working.
