    I ordered 4 spark plugs and only got 3. They offered to send me another one, but I just returned it instead. The boxes had been opened and were missing packaging, but the plugs themselves still looked new. Prob wouldn't buy from again, but they refunded my money promptly after getting the item back. I'll give a 5 for shipping costs cuz I do the same thing. It's factored into the price.
