Specifically, a visible dent in the lid and half the screws missing on the bottom of the laptop. Stock photos were uses for all but one image to hide these flaws. Also, this seller did not mention the laptop was a refurbished unit. Knowledge of these details would have affected the price buyers would have been prepared to pay. Not disclosing defects and flaws is against Ebay policies.
