I would have ignored the discomfort had they worked 👎☹️
This product is more like hardboard and is very uncomfortable to even attempt to sleep on, but more importantly it doesn’t work. I bought 2 so that should one Loose it’s coolness I had a backup, unfortunately neither were effective, I just had discomfort all night. Disappointed.

Disappointingly poor quality
Only had it a couple of months and the bottom connector fell off, it wasn't broken but couldn't be replaced because the joint is so badly designed that it wouldn't stay connected under pressure.
