  Be careful when selling to this buyer. They were extremely aggressive when they messaged me to say their box arrived in tatters when I have proof in photos that it wasn't sent like that. I accidently listed as New which the dvds inside were but I should have listed as like new, only because the buyer was expecting it to be shrink wrapped. I would have considered a partial refund if they wasn't so rude and left me an unnecessary negative review. Approach with caution.

  You sold me a dvd set that was supposed to be new which arrived without a shrink wrap and in a badly scuffed box. When I sent you photos to prove the condition of the box, you made out (in capital letters) that I was lying. In fourteen years on ebay, I have never left anyone negative feedback and was hoping that this could resolved amicably. But you just offered me a half-baked apology followed by a series of increasingly strident and abrupt emails. A very disappointing experience all around.
