Excellent for listening to movies on TV.
My wife and I are in our 70s and we've been struggling to hear voices in movies on our TV. Turning up the volume has not helped. So I ran a hard wire connection from our theater system to these amps at our recliners. We each have an amp so we can individually control the volume to our ear buds or headphones. So far, we have watched over a dozen movies and we've both been able to clearly hear the voices in all of them, despite distracting music often accompanying the voices. We've concluded that there must be echoes or something associated with loudspeakers in the room, from both our smart TV and our theater system, that muddies the voices. We love this listening scheme so well that I bought a third amp as a backup for when one of ours fails. Bottom line, we've getting excellent, crisp, clear sound from these amps and are now able to hear and enjoy all the movies on our TV.

Quadro 6000 working great after resolving an unexpected Windows issue.
I replaced a Nvidia GT8600 GPU with this Quadro 6000. The board is working fine for my needs and has improved the speed at which I can do video editing, which is why I purchased it. Unfortunately, immediately after installing the Quadro board my PC would no longer boot into Windows, citing a recent hardware or software change issue. After many, many hours trying to find and fix the problem, I finally found the problem using Control Prompt. Somehow all four of my PC's drive letters got reassigned to new letters and my c Windows drive was now drive f. I suspect the system saw Quadro as another drive and proceeded to reassign ALL the drive letters in my computer. With great help from internet articles I was able to reassign my Windows drive back to c and resolve the problem. Then I removed the GT8600 drivers and installed the Quadro drivers and everything is now working fine.

Steel is better than plastic!
I bought this idler pulley to replace the plastic one that is used in the mower deck of my 42" John Deere Saber mower. The plastic pulley is lucky to last one season before it splits in the middle and the show is over. I've replaced too many of them over the years, so I searched for a near equivalent, in metal, and found this pulley. It went in without a hitch and, so far, is working fine. My only concern is that the ball bearing inside is considerably smaller than the one in the plastic pulley, so it might fail earlier than I'd like. I've since discovered a metal pulley with a bigger bearing. But if this one continues to work, I'll be very happy. I hate changing out those stupid plastic pulleys!
