Good prices & fast postage, however it arrived in Australia in a smashed jar. Very poorly packaged and was ruined on arrival. AusPost sent me the damaged item to see how it was poorly packaged. I requested refund but so far I have not had any reply from seller. A paypal refund request will be sent.

Seller did not post item and told me to cancel the order because the alleged courier couldn't make deliver despite being an AutPost parcel delivery to a PO Box. Seller did offer to process a refund after I cancel the order however a buyer can't cancel an item for 3 weeks. This seller has to do it and provide the refund. This seller is a total scammer just for $25. Pathetic. Avoid.

Advertised as Lemon, lime & bitters variety but supplied with plain ginger variety. Contacted seller and requested refund/replacement but they refused and changed description in listing to try and indicate I was incorrect. Also parcel was sent from Amazon via a courier when ad stated it would be sent as standard parcel which caused havoc with my parcel collect address - courier just left it sitting at PO door! Definitely not recommended.
