We had to ask the seller for the second tracking number after we only received one of the 2 units. We strongly suspect that the seller was trying to scam us by only initially sending one unit. The boxes had been opened from the bottom in an effort to keep the manufacturer seal intact when the item was advertised as new in box. This seller is very untrustworthy and should be avoided.
