I dropped it
I didn't get to use it but for a few days because I dropped it getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I ordered the case too late smh
From what I could tell it seemed like a pretty reliable piece of equipment. I probably need something more sturdy.

New? False Advertising
Advertised as new, but clearly a used product. Pop figure had too many scratches too count (looked as if it had been a toy for a kid), black smudges as if it had been dropped a few times, and a few paint chips. I tried to clean it up a little, but pretty disappointing.
Ultimately will be purchasing another from elsewhere and probably gifting this one because I have to pay shipping to send it back!
