Agoraphobia
This is the secound time I bought this book. It is wonderful for people with agoraphobia. Dr Claire Weekes explaines in detail how to over come it. She has been helping people for more than a decade with this phobia. I have gone to councelers in the past for this, read all the books I could find with no real help. I was lucky when I found this book. It is Excellent! She goes through all the feelings by taking your hand and goes through baby steps with you. Wonderful book, easy to understand. I will keep mine always!

Easy Read
Easy read, the book takes you through forty chapters. It is designed to be read one day at a time, so you can think about what you read and let it sink in before you go on to the next. This is explained in reference to so many things in the Bible was done or took fourty days. Interesting!
