Great unit at a great price!
I bought a somewhat similar model and it works well considering the reasonable cost. The only drawback is that it would sometimes start to inflate the cuff and then stop. You would have to reset the unit and try again. This new unit starts inflating the cuff with no hickups. It performs the inflation/deflation cycle rapidly. It also has on-board rechargeable battery pack. No more batteries to replace. The new unit even talks to you relaying the test results and any status messages. Also matches closely the results from my doctors offices. Overall a very nice and accurate unit at a very small price.

Turret Cap Removal
Cann't remove scope turret caps, ends up removing the entire turret assembly. NOT GOOD. BEEN WORKING on gun staff for over 65 years. Yes I am that old.
