I paid full shipping costs for each of the 10 items but the seller sent them in a single package and is now trying to tell me that the single package at £39 has cost the same as 10 individually ones? And he would have paid worldwide shipping even though he only sent the package within the UK to GSP who then took over the shipping to Germany for additional £26? I don't care who, but someone is putting some of the shipping costs into their own pocket.

The feedback left here is very unjust, as we did everything correctly for Mr Senger's order. Our reputation has never been called into question like this as we have always combined and refunded postage when it is due back to a customer. In this order's case, there was no refund to be had as the postage paid was slightly less than the postage due. The implication that we have deliberately inflated the cost of postage to benefit from it is completely untrue.

A 5 kg parcel from G69 0LL to GSD WS13 8UR costs £18.20 with parcel-force express 48 insured up to £400, a 10 kg parcel costs £20.20. If I pay for individual shipping and you save on shipping costs, it's my money what you putting in. If you are too stupid, which I don't think you are, to choose the cheapest shipping you will burn my money. And I don't like being taken for a ride. I would like that £19 back as it is my money. You have already made enough profit from the goods.

The total cost of shipping for the 10 items came to £39. We used Parcelforce Worldwide to ship to eBay GSP hub. The buyer came to the conclusion that because 'worldwide' is in the name that we chose a worldwide shipping option and he had paid twice for international shipping (untrue) We combined the items into one box and used the dimensions and weight to select the best insured carrier - even paying some from our own pocket as it actually came to £39.28.

Despite our best efforts to communicate with the buyer that 10 lots of postage at £3.39 would be the same as 1 box for £39, the buyer wasn't able to grasp the concept and insisted that we somehow were stealing postage money from him. We repeatedly tried to explain that we made absolutely no profit from his postage. The box dimensions and weight were too large for Royal Mail, and Parcelforce was the best insured option to get it to GSP safely.
