Pokémon TCG - Sword & Shield Figure Collection Box (Factory Sealed)

Bought for the figure but it came broken without a piece

I would like a new figure if possible. It’s a nice figure and everything else was perfect. It just makes me sad that the one reason I bought the box, is defective. I’m positive it is not your fault. But sobbles fin is missing leaving a gaping hole in his head and paint smudges everywhere.
