    Pyrex lids fit Anchor Hocking glass bowls too!
    I’m loving these lids. I own several sets of Pyrex glass bowls and a couple of the lids had cracked on the side or weren’t fitting as snug as when they were new. My mom has both Pyrex & Anchor Hocking and several broken Anchor Hocking lids. I offered her the extra new lids in the set I didn’t use. The lids fit both bowl manufacturers perfectly!! I was so pleased!

    The best Gluten-free cookbook I own.
    After reading a couple of rave reviews elsewhere I bought the book and haven't been disappointed at all. Trying to make or even buy Gluten free bread that tastes like the bread you remember has been nearly impossible until now. The french/italian bread recipe was a hit - it has the wonderful thick crust and soft center. I'd give it an A+. The Pizza Crust - a new favorite. The classic sandwhich bread my husband especially likes fresh baked or toasted for breakfast. Annalise Roberts was featured in an article in 'Gourmet' magazine in the fall of 2005 for her gluten free recipes, that's when I first heard of her. She also has a website with her sister, foodphilosopher(dot)com. Just like her book you can find more recipes, her highly recommended GF flour mix and information about Celiac disease. Good stuff!
