This is indeed THE SOLUTION
If you want to diet endlessly and con yourself that you're meant to be fat, then don't read this book. It cuts through the fluff and gets right down to business in a way that is inspirational. It tells you how to lose fat not (necessarily) weight. You could find yourself able to eat more of the right stuff and still have fat disappearing as well as muscle growing.
This book isn't a bunch of secrets and things you must do. It's a lot of common sense backed up with scientific knowhow. As you read it, you'll recognize the truth. It stands out like a tooth on an old hag.
I ended up buying his other book "Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle". I've got 'em both as books and audio books. I can't recommend them high enough.

Good product that does what it's meant to do.
4 of 4 found this helpful These sleeves are NOT the kind that are so thin there's only one side to 'em!
They are stiff plastic which will protect your disks from the usual things that we'd expect. Scratching and scuffing etc.
I've had other sleeves that were almost like gladwrap. These sleeves are much more robust than that.
The flap folds down as you'd expect it to and stays how it's supposed to.
For low cost protection, this is ideal. I prefer them to the solid cases. Especially as I give away a lot of disks and these take up little space, give good protection and can be seen through so that any labelling on the disk can be read.

It beats using a frypan!
2 of 2 found this helpful I used to poach a couple of eggs each morning in a frying pan with some water.
Since I got this little cooker, it's made cooking breakfast quicker and cleaning up a lot quicker. Since I'm naturally lazy, that's a great step foreward!
I read that one should prick the yolks of eggs before microwaving them. This is something I did to avoid the "exploding eggs" I'd heard about. I pricked the yolks with a fork and after a few uneventful breakfasts I got a couple of surprises. One was when the lid blew clean off the little cooker! It didn't chip, crack or break. Yet that experience made me a little dubious about poaching eggs in a microwave. But I ain't a quitter! So I continued to poach a couple of eggs and then one morning as I lifted the cooker out of the microwave, I took the lid off and went to scoop my eggs out and all of a sudden they exploded!. Egg splattered all over the place. No harm done. I didn't get hurt. The cooker escaped unscathed and I only had to clean up some egg which looked like it'd been shot out of a shotgun.
This experience made me decide that I'd be better off scrambling the eggs in the future. So that's what I do. It's actually just as good for my purposes anyway. I don't want to cook with oil or fat, and the frying pan for poaching left a lot to be desired when only cooking a couple of eggs for myself.
The exploding eggs are no reflection on the little egg cooker, but I think it's to do with keeping eggs fairly intact while they microwave. Since I've been scrambling them I've had no more mishaps.
Washing the egg cooker is a lot simpler and quicker than my old cleanup with a spatula and a frying pan.
I'd recommend this useful gadget to anyone. The only thing is, I'd advise you to be very wary if you want to poach your eggs in it. I can see how easily one could get splattered with microwave hot water and egg. Not a pretty thing to consider.
It's a simple matter to mix the eggs up, stir 'em around and just have 'em scrambled.
The silicone bottom, lid seal and handle "cap" are easily taken off to clean and to put back on.
I don't use a glove or anything when I grab it to remove it from the microwave. I just grab hold of it and take it out. It's "hot" but not too hot. I would advise to use caution though. Remember, I'm only cooking two eggs and the microwave does 'em in one minute. Any longer and you might want to use something to hold the egg cooker with so you don't risk burning your hand.
I don't spray oil or anything into the cooker. I just crack the eggs on the tip lip of the egg cooker and break them into it. Then I put the lid on and stick it into the microwave for one minute. They don't stick much and are easy to tip out onto my toast.
When washing, I use a soft cloth, and although I need to rub away at some bits of egg inside to clean it, it's no worse than washing a bowl or plate.
I would recommend this product. It's a really useful little cooker.
Hope this helps.
