Lack of follow up

Got it installed by a expert installer,worked ok for just over a week and then there was only enough power in the batteries to open it 2 or 3 times a day so had to got power installed to plug it into,worked good like that for about 1 week then one of the swing gate motor broke the shaft on the electric motor,contacted them with all the details with pictures several times with no reply so had to purchase another motor
