Must have adapter
This is a good and useful product at a very reasonable price. Years ago I made the mistake of purchasing a lamp with three CU24 light sockets. Replacement bulbs are hard to find and expensive. My lamp required three adapters. Installation was simple and they all worked perfectly. The only problem you may encounter is if you have a clearance issue due to the additional length added by the adapter. My installation was very close but I was able to slightly tweak the original socket tabs, angling them up slightly to clear the circular globe of my fixture.

Work nicely with sliding D-ring tie downs.
I replaced the rusting carriage bolts in my aluminum trailer D-ring tie down slide channels. They were a perfect fit.

I've been using these lights for some time now for various activities. A single AA battery will last you a long time. These little lights are quite powerful for their size and are a fantastic deal.
