Dolphin DX3S Automatic Robotic Swimming Pool Cleaner

Does an excellent job for the most part

This is our third Dolphin DX series. Our first was a DX3 followed by two DX3S. Our Akita ate our original DX3 power cord but the unit worked very well until it became lunch The original had a filter bag inside instead of the DX3S design with the 4 filter plates. The old style bag was messy and difficult to work with at times. We purchased a DX3S but it was defective and would not move more than a few inches. The second DX3S worked perfectly from the get go and continues to daily. It is very easy to own, operate, and clean. I recommend getting the caddie built for the Dolphin. The power pack is very susceptible to water damage as we learned with the first DX3. it is not water proof and cannot be left in the rain or direct water face down. The caddie protects the back from water. The only complaints I can muster are it cannot hold a bunch of leaves before it is full (about a solid skimmer net full) and because our fiberglass pool has many curves it does not pick up well in the valleys of the curves. On a pool with more square edges it should be fine.

4 Bicycle Bike Rack Carrier 1-1.4" & 2" Bicycle Hitch Mount Carrier Car Truck

Maybe it was me but...

Purchased the rack in a rush to get one in time for my annual camping trip with son. I planned to mount it on the rear bumper of camper. At first look it seemed it would be fine but a bit wobbly. 150 miles of bumpy I65 south of Louisville a couple rushed up and flagged me over that my bikes were dragging the ground. Sure enough when we stopped two of the four mounting channels had snapped, one on each bike. My son's bike he saved $600 and bought himself was dragging it's rear tire on ground and my bike was only saved by the remaining channel on his. Granted it could have been the rough road combined with being mounted on the back of a camper but I feel free lucky we didn't leave $1400 on the highway over a $40 rack. Maybe on the back of a car for short smooth trips this would be fine. Please take into consideration my usage and conditions before buying. Guess now I have to figure out how to get them home.
