Do you need all the parts?
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a "refurbished" ( not pre owned status) AC-3100 with a 2 yr square trade warranty because it was like 50 bucks less than the lowest priced new one. However that being said there was NO user manual (look it up on the web), no connecting cable and came in a plain brown box. Do all your research first to know what's included or read the pdf online a few times to familiarize yourself how to get optimum setup and benefits. It seems to function as it should, fingers crossed.

Keep expectations reasonable
2 of 2 found this helpful In the past, having like a regular regime of a pedicure involving a commercial foot soak with powerful water jets, lots of bubbles and everything else....well, I might have set my goal kinda high here. Even though there was overall room for my feet, it became quickly apparent there wasn't much left over to adjust for comfort after all the little bumpy thingies start to feel bad. The rollers in the bottom were powerful and never quit, even with my applying more pressure than needed just to see if they would. That being said though, even after turning the roller action off, a short while of moving your foot from ankle touch to toe touch to each end suddenly made me wish they were removable about half way through. The bubble action is kinda weak, nothing really but then I'm comparing to the powerful jet action of a salon. The heater seemed to work, although shooting the water with my laser temperature gun produced a reading each time about 3-4 degrees warmer than the tub digital reading showed. I bought this because I wanted all the bells and whistles, and because of all the 4 star or better ratings throughout the interweb cyberworld. Again I'm likely being sorta harsh on the unit, so I'm going to give it 4 stars based on how much better my feet feel right now. I've never experienced any others but feel this is about right for the price range although if you want less features and just the basics, probably a $30 unit will do wut you want.

Under the protective plastic
Be sure to peel the white plastic protection sheet off because the other side is so totally not like the photo. Since we use inches in the USA, this was just between 1/64" and 1/32" thick or between 22 and 28 gauge.
