Best book ever created for anyone interested in collecting old cowboy spurs
1 of 1 found this helpful This is one of the best books ever made for people interested in collecting old spurs. It was the very first book of it's kind that is totally dedicated to old cowboy spurs, their beauty, craftsmanship and the artists who made them. I highly recommend it. I have seen it sell for as much as $100.00 many times at western collectible shows. This book will always hold it's value as a collectors item itself. I have two copy's. My dad shares my interest in old spurs and he has a copy that he cherishes as well.
"Bit & Spur Makers in the Texas Tradition" is also one of my favorite more modern spur collecting books. There is a full book version and also a pocket guide version. I recommend the full book. Check both of these out, you won't be sorry.
