Does not fit in my Square D HOM panel from 1998.

Does not fit in my Square D HOM panel from 1998. I tried and tried and tried, I ended up modifying the lip that catches breakers to get it to somewhat fit. It still doesn't fit right and now I regret modifying the panel.

Ended up just using the chrome and tossing the rest.

This has no baring on the seller. One of the connectors didn’t fit at all. So I swapped them out but most people likely wouldn’t be comfortable. See photo, blue connector has lines at a different level than the gray connector. I thought maybe I had received a passenger handle but the passenger side doesn’t have a lock. Perhaps this is the drivers side in another country with right hand drive? Then, when installed, there was a wide gap at the car, see second photo. The gap is wider, so I ended up swapping the connector back and took the chrome off of the new handle and installed it on the old handle. A lot of work and a lot of waste for a piece of chrome.
