X 10 enhanced whole house system
Was a little fussy to learn but once mastered, it really adds a lot to the X 10 basic controllers capabilities. The bigger alarm horns do make noise but aren't loud enough to wake the neighbors. They are plenty loud to scare the cats in a small room though. Overall a good product at a reasonable price.

New Old Stock
This gasket set is no longer available for sale by the manufacturer, so a 30 year old Tempest 300 motor has been saved from being melted down as scrap. Thanks!
