Don't trust this seller everyone. They sent the set (pieces and board) horribly packaged. When I mentioned this to them, they offered a partial refund and a replacement set on them. So I accepted the partial refund and they said they would contact me when it was ready to ship with a tracking number. When I went to follow up, they said I chose the refund instead of a replacement set. This was not the deal and they now have my other end of thr partial refund and no chess set. Just warning you

This seller asked for a refund 3 times. While he was asking that we said we could replace the item free of charge instead of the item. It was a confusion on both parts. We decided to give him a refund and days later for some reason he thought he was still getting a free set as well. Unfortunately that's not what we agreed on. Even after I said he can communicate with eBay to change the refund and give him a new set he didn't want to do that either.

So in the end I am greatly satisfied with this seller. I originally got some problem on first shipment, some broken parts and other little defect. The seller was quick to respond, offered another board and he offered to change the color for the white into grey and the board is really great! Got the replacement parts for the set and now everything is complete. Having known before I would have asked to get all white pieces grey, it looks much better than white. I might paint them later, thanks.

Seller did not send complete chess set. Then he called me a liar many times. I sent proof four pieces were missing. Now I have an expensive Christmas gift. I can’t give away and no returns. $60 gone!!! This is a very hostile seller.

Buyer said he didn't get every piece but we only print the Viking chess set out in one single shot without missing parts. We do not have a big warehouse or anything that would get lost. No pieces came up lost on our part. The package was either tampered with during shipping or he misplaced the parts.

Fast shipping, item looked just as pictured, however the photos are a bit deceiving. The statue is a bit smaller than I was expecting, it actually sits on a stand. The statue arrived broken. Unknown if it was the packing due to deflated packing ballon’s or the post office mishandling. Over all even with the broken serpent head, it’s still a decent statue.
