Broken under Win 10
1 of 1 found this helpful We had one of these units which worked fine under Windows 7. We recently upgraded to Windows 10, and the unit fails to connect every morning when we turn on the computer. The only work around I have found is to unplug the usb cable, plug it back in, and hit retry on the little box that pops up to say the unit cannot connect.
