This heel shifter is a great addition to...
This heel shifter is a great addition to my Indian Roadmaster. It fits the bike in a much more ergonomic position than the genuine Indian heel shifter. It is simple and easy to install with the provided accessory parts. I highly recommend the Kuryakyn heel shift lever to all Indian tourer and cruiser bikes.

Deteriorates Quickly
I have purchased two of these (one after the other) and both deteriorated quickly in the sun. This was in the Central Highlands of Victoria, not known for having a particularly warm climate. Both became powdery and brittle in less than 2 years. Tears appeared easily with the slightest movement. I will be buying a more expensive and better quality brand next. As the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.

Okay, but better suited to smaller bikes.
Product is okay but not so good on bigger road bikes with heavier chains. The plastic fork tends to bend and give you a false reading, but if you are aware of this you can still work with this tool.
It would be better if the tool was made from steel. Price is probably twice what it is worth.
