    Shipping time was fine, packaging was really good, the condition was as described. It does work; however the white plastic reflector is somewhat distorted but does not seem to detract from the viewing experience. At the same time, I might be able to get that part replaced. The electrical contacts I think need a bit of cleaning since when I push on the red button, the light sometimes varies; does not stay on at a constant brightness level... again I think that can be fixed.

It provides a good solution.
The shipping and service was great. But the mirror not sure the materials, but you can tell it's lesser quality, even by the weight of the mirror compare to the original. But it does the job for now or a temporary solution. Now, I would have spent more to get the original even used but original OEM, and then again on average I saved $25 dollars for something I, an expert, and the company that sold it, will know. so the Good the bad, the mediocre. Good = price, fast service. Bad= poor quality, feels like poor quality, I hope with time it will not show the poor quality. Mediocre=it provided it a good solution.

It was OEM part at a savings from the dealership prices. If I need other parts, I will check with them, before any one else.
