Great replacement for 25 year old Chrysler original.

This catalytic converter replaced the original on a 25-year old car which failed it's MOT on emissions. Ordered it on Tuesday evening and it arrived on Thursday morning and fit perfectly. At the time of writing the car is booked in for new test but hasn't yet been tested. I have no doubt this (very reasonably priced) replacement will have resolved the issue.

Good tool. I managed to damage a thread ...

Good tool. I managed to damage a thread and couldn t get the bolt to fit. I was able to pass the threaded end of the tool beyond the damage, expand the thread and reverse it out. It cleaned up the damaged thread at the top of the hole on it s way out. Bolt now fits again.

Interesting and practical book

How to Restore Fibreglass Bodywork. The title says it all. This book will be of interest to anyone wishing to repair or restore a fibreglass car. The author (Miles Wilkins) is one of the foremost authorities on Lotus cars, particularly the original Elans. His company (Fibreglass Services) still manufacture fibreglass panels for the Elan and possibly others. Although this book was written over 30 years ago, it is just as relevant today.
